Where Do I Vote for Prop 1? By Mail or at the Polls?

This year’s municipal election is unique because more Utah communities than ever are voting by mail. We haven’t been able to find a definitive, statewide list of which precincts are voting by mail vs. those that are only voting at polls, so we’ve compiled a couple of lists to help you know how and when to vote for Prop 1. Below, we’ve listed the counties with Prop 1 on this year’s ballots, and the counties that don’t have Prop 1 on the ballot this year. For counties with Prop 1 on the ballot, we’ve attempted to determine whether your city or town is voting by mail or at a traditional polling location.

As you review the lists, please be aware that we are citizen volunteers and supporters of Prop 1, not government employees or election experts. If you have questions about how to vote, where to vote or where your ballot is, contact your County Clerk. If you spot an error, please contact us ASAP through the Frequently Asked Questions form on the home page.

Please note that even in areas where voting by mail is available, a city or county polling location is also available. You can find out where your polling location is by contacting your County Clerk.
